Warping process using Japan tsudakoma TW30F warping machine, with domestic, (Taiwan) warp support.
The support can hang 1680 warp yarns at the same time, and the locomotive speed of warping can reach 500 meters/min, and the running speed is about 300 meters/min.According to finishing different yarn count and adjustment.
Take the example of 380T silk spinning as mentioned above.There are 13,104 warp yarns on the machine, and 1456 warp yarns per warp shaft. Then the warping process is to use TW30F warping machine to wrap 1456 warp yarns on the warp support evenly on the warp shaft with the same tension, according to the length (3000-5000 meters) specified by the process. The products off the machine are divided into warp shafts and nine warp shafts into a group.
Each machine can complete about 120 warp shafts per day -

warp rebeaming machine
This process uses Japan Tsudakoma TB30F shinning machine, the speed can reach 150m/min, its operating speed is about 100m/min.It can be combined with about 20 large longitude axes every day.
The process objective of this process is to combine the nine warp shafts into a single yarn process length through the TB30F sheathing machine
(3000-5000 meters), the total number of warp yarn 13,104 large warp shaft.The automatic control and tension adjustment system of the machine can ensure the evenness and stability of the warp tension and ensure the unwinding of the weaving process. -
